My last several lessons have been rather sloppy without a real goal of what language I'm trying to teach the students. With that in mind I'm going to use the mobile phone etiquette lesson again but try to teach this language as well. I may make some cards with the phrases on them and have the students use their phrases as they answer the questions in practice speaking.
Also for more activity this as a fill-in is also on hand.

This went well, I had the ss move their tables so that they were facing each other in 2 rows and they read the q to each other and used the phrases in their replies. This took up nearly all the lesson and we finished up with the video from "What would you do?"
